Application portfolio

The application portfolio should provide an overview of individual drawing, visual and design skills,
artistic and design skills.

It should contain a selection of 20 to 30 expressive works:
__ still life
__ classical nature studies / plant studies
__ anatomical studies of the entire human figure or its details
__ heads / portraits
__ hands, feet, etc.
__ clothed figure / nude
__ landscapes
__ sketches and design drawings of the yet to be realized or already realized products (in
depending on the chosen field of study).
__ photographic documentation of production processes or/and their results
__ free photographic impressions (photography as an artistic medium)
__ possibly printmaking works
__ colored collages or colored mixed techniques
__ three-dimensional works can also be enclosed - in the form of photos/videos.
__ For the field of study textile art/textile design, textile works and material-aesthetic surface designs
as well as material-aesthetic surface designs may be submitted for the aptitude test.
__ For the field of study Fashion Design, skills in nude drawing / human figure are desirable.

The selection of work should:
__ have a graphic-drawing component,
__ a color expressive component,
__ include a product-related component in the broadest sense.

Additional sketchbooks are welcome additions to the scope of work outlined.
