Automotive Engineering (Master)

The master's program in vehicle technology provides you with in-depth scientific and technical knowledge in the areas of vehicle technology, traffic management and concepts of individual mobility. Based on a course of study related to vehicle technology, you will be able to apply scientific methods and the latest findings from the areas of vehicle development and manufacturing and related engineering disciplines in a solution-oriented manner. In addition, students acquire skills for independent and autonomous knowledge acquisition and scientific communication.

In addition to their teaching activities, the professors in the course are also active in their respective subject-specific research, which ensures that current findings, new technologies and scientific working methods are integrated into the courses. Within the context of small group sizes, a close exchange with the teachers is possible, so that individual needs, including part-time study, can be taken into account to the advantage of the students.

In this vital learning environment, you not only expand your specialist knowledge in lectures and through literature, but you also benefit from the project-oriented work at the university and, due to the international orientation, you also expand your intercultural skills by exchanging experiences with your fellow students. You can work on your final thesis both at the university as part of research work and in national or international research institutions or companies and thus prepare for your further professional career.
