Education for health care professional (Bachelor, job-concurrent degree)

Demographic change and changes in the health and social system lead to challenges for the education system for health professions. The degree course Education for Health Care Professions takes into account the resulting increasing demands on the qualifications of teachers, e.g. due to new professional laws for health care professions.

In addition to basic pedagogical and educational science theories, the course also teaches vocational and didactic knowledge and skills in combination with aspects of learning psychology and legal principles. This results in the ability to teach at educational institutions in the healthcare sector (according to state regulations). The target group of the degree program are all members of the healthcare professions who aspire to work in the field of education and training, for example in order to prepare trainees in various healthcare professions comprehensively and in a skill-oriented manner for their future field of activity.
