The trinational Masters in Regional and European Project Management focuses on gaining interdisciplinary knowledge of economics and social sciences, together with languages and intercultural competence. The degree course takes place at the Westsächsische Hochschule Zwickau - University of Applied Sciences Zwickau, the University of Southern Brittany (France), and the University of South Bohemia (Czech Republic). This enables the students to profit from the intercultural and multilingual contexts of all three European universities.
The students gain comprehensive knowledge in both theoretical and practical project management. The course covers a range of topics, including launching projects, project development and project controlling, focussing especially on the European sector. As well as this, students will grapple with such intercultural topics as project management, interpersonal communication, and business and social structures at a regional level. Another main aim of the degree is to achieve excellent language ability in both English (C1), French (B2/C1), and German (B2/B1), as well as the basics in Czech.
