The Master's degree in Sustainable Human Resource Management imparts extensive knowledge in the fields of strategic management, sustainability management, sustainable human resource management, change management and innovation management.
The high degree of practical orientation of the course is achieved through additional practical projects over three semesters, in which practical experience can be deepened and concrete projects implemented. Methodical and social qualifications are promoted through teamwork and practical projects. Graduates are optimally prepared for later tasks in sustainable personnel management and sustainability management and can competently support companies or organizations in their further development towards ecologically compatible, socially fair and economically efficient companies or organizations.
The course is aimed at graduates with a first academic degree who work or want to work in personnel-oriented areas of responsibility.
