Basically, you need proof of all your stations in life in the form of a certificate or proof. However, these documents are not always relevant for your application. Here you can find out what belongs in an application portfolio and what doesn't.

The right order

The certificates can be sorted chronologically or by focus. If there are only a few certificates and documents, we recommend sorting them chronologically. The most recent certificate comes first.

If you have a lot of documents, you can also sort them according to the focus of work, education, school and further education certificates.

General rules for compilation

  • Always send only copies of your certificates!
  • Always send only very neat copies or scans.
  • Certificates do not have to be notarised (but always take note of the company's requirements).
  • Foreign certificates must be translated
  • If there are a lot of certificates and references, you should create an attachment overview
  • Only attach certificates that are also listed in the CV
