With companyZOOM you open up a new perspective for students and graduates to get to know your company. The digital platform offers you the opportunity to present yourself in the form of virtual tours of your premises with the help of 360-degree panoramas. Through integrated links to website, job offers and social media channels, as well as placed information boxes, your company can be discovered independently and interactively, even from a distance.

The interactive platform was developed as part of the TalentTransfer project, Southwest Saxony region, and is available to you free of charge for your company presentation until June 2023.

As part of the "Talent Transfer" project, the "Spotlight" format was developed as a purely online format. Companies from Saxony introduce themselves to interested students in the form of specialised lectures or company presentations. There is the opportunity to present the company's work (exhibits) to the students. The Career Service supports you in

• Determining the time and place
• Providing an online room (we use BigBlueButton for this purpose)
• Establishing contact with professors
• Advertising among students

Do you still need a cover letter these days? What are no-go's in an application? Do hobbies and interests play a role? What is the advantage of a regional company over a global corporation? 

These and many other questions occupy students when it comes to the topic of applying for an internship or entry-level position with you. You as a company, human resources manager and recruiter are the best people to ask for helpful tips on how to apply. For this reason, we would like to direct the questions directly to you. The interview should be recorded in a short video clip, preferably on your premises, and then made available to our students and graduates.

Become a sponsor of WHZ students with a Deutschlandstipendium!

Support particularly capable and committed students of the West Saxon University of Applied Sciences Zwickau financially and ideally with the Deutschlandstipendium and bind these students to your company at an early stage. Even with a donation of 1800 EUR per year, you support one person with 300 EUR per month - because the federal government finances another 1800 EUR. Half" scholarships or several scholarships are also possible. The scholarship holders are selected by a WHZ selection committee. Under certain conditions, the sponsors can be involved in the selection process.

Here, too, students receive 300 EUR per month as a scholarship. However, the sponsorship is provided exclusively by the company (3600 EUR per year). In return, the selection is made solely by the sponsoring company.

These will also mention the current company where the graduates are employed. You are welcome to put us in touch with employees in your company who are WHZ graduates. The publication of the profile is of course free of charge and in consultation with the graduates.
