Faculty of Electrical Engineering

Since the founding of the engineering school on April 26, 1897, electrical engineers have been trained in Zwickau. Electrical engineering and electronics are indispensable requirements for innovation in all sectors of modern industry. With its current degree courses, the Faculty of Electrical Engineering meets the growing demand from industry and research institutions for graduates with extensive and application-oriented specialist knowledge. The faculty offers a strong cooperation between knowledge transfer and internships within and outside the university as well as a large research environment.
