About the International Black Sea University
The International Black Sea University (IBSU) was founded in 1995 in Tbilisi, the capital of Georgia. IBSU is internationally renowned for its excellent teaching in the field of management, as well as for its highly qualified academic staff and international student exchange. IBSU offers courses in Finance, IT Management, Management, Marketing, Computer Science, English Language Teaching Methods, and International Relations, among others.
