Outlook automatic e-mail archiving

Automatic archiving can be helpful if the mailbox is very full, there is little storage space available and old emails are accessed very rarely. Your email data is automatically moved to another secure location, e.g. your home drive/network drive.

The prerequisite for this is the use of Outlook for Desktop.
