During the exam period, the administrators of the computational cabinets send an e-mail to all professors and lecturers. In this email they are asked to report the desired software for the following semester.

Especially when re-equipping a computer cabinet, the completeness of this feedback is important, since here it is not possible to assume that software has already been installed.

The administrators are encouraged to keep the software volume on the computer cabinets as low as possible in order to save resources and ultimately also energy.
