User Service Desk

The user service desk of the ZKI processes, among other things, user applications (e.g. registration for the use of the university network, software applications), printing and plotting orders as well as the issue of employee cards. In addition, the smooth running of classes in the computing cabinets is ensured through support and regular system maintenance.
